Job Responsibilities :
• Develop and manage Service Catalog items, record producers, variables, and workflows.
• Implement and customize Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
• Create and maintain custom tables, relationships, and schema maps within the ServiceNow data model.
• Configure Notifications, Email Templates, and Inbound Email Actions for automated communication.
• Automate processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Perform data imports and transformations using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
• Configure and maintain core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices, audit requirements, and data protection standards.
• Design and deliver custom dashboards, KPIs, and performance analytics reports.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, errors, and integration failures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document configurations, customizations, and design decisions for support and future reference.
